Turnabout Storm - Demotivational Poster

Hello. I've decided to give Carnival Phantasm a well deserved break and move on to something else to make posters about.

And here's my newest work. The series? Turnabout Storm.

I'm gonna be clear right from the get-go, so I won't have to repeat myself in the future or get caught in a misunderstanding: I, in any single, conceivable way, am NOT a brony. And I'm not an enthusiast of the Ace Attorney series either, even if I am somewhat of a Capcom freak (I prefer Megaman or Resident Evil). Visual Novels ain't my thing, sorry...

Still, that doesn't stop me from enjoying a good story, and despite it's crack element, Turnabout Storm is a really fun series. It has a good plot, interesting twists and turns; and everyone's as in-character as they can be. A little bit too loaded with the meme references, but it's kinda unavoidable, I guess. But nonetheless, it's a good fanvid series. You should give it a try.

Therefore, I made a demotivational poster with a hilarious scene from Part 2. For those who don't know, Miles Edgeworth is a stoic prosecutor attorney and an antagonist in the first game. Later on in the series, it's revealed that he's a closet geek for a kid's show named The Steel Samurai. And the creator of TS decided to have fun with that.

Minutes before the trial's beginning, Phoenix wonders what would Edgeworth do, should he be in Phoenix's weird situation. That situation is: being dragged to Equestria. Knowing Edgeworth's hidden likings and MLP:FiM's popularity among older viewers... well, you get the idea...


Edgeworth: "This is just like that one episode from the Steel Samurai where he meets the Pink Princess. Wheeeee!!"

Phoenix: (after having that mental image) "Doctor, I'd like to have the part of my brain responsible for that image lobotomized, please..."


That was a really funny scene. Hope you all enjoyed. And again, give the series a try. You won't regret it.
